It's nice place for sightseeing and exploring Tulum. The room is big size and the bed is large. The staff are really friendly and very attentive. Location is unbeatable and fantastic, to the public beaches of Zona Archeologica. They serve good food, have good choice of options to choose from...

We had a great time at this hostel, which is conveniently located near public beaches and a convenience store. the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. the hostel also offered tasty and reasonably priced food and drinks at the bar. the location was perfect for us, as we were on a budget but still wanted to be close to the beach. it was a great place to stay, especially if you're looking for a budget-friendly option near the beach.
There were no lockers available to secure our valuables.

I had a fantastic stay at Oostel Smart Hostel - Tulum Playa. The location was perfect, right across from a beautiful beach and close to affordable restaurants. The private room I stayed in was clean and cute, providing a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. Despite a few minor inconveniences like low water pressure, the overall experience was great. The staff were friendly and hospitable, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hostel for anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in Tulum.

Spacious lockers for large backpacks. Nice design in the shower area. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food and live music at the restaurant. Convenient location near beautiful beaches and lively entertainment options.

The private room was nice and the WiFi worked well, which was important for staying connected with family and friends during the holidays. the location was also perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. I also enjoyed the common space above the bedroom, it was a hidden gem where I made some new friends.
The cabin-style room did not fully close, so mosquitos and dampness came in. the lockers were quite small and could use some hangers.
